Typical Day
This is an oxymoron- I know! A day for a child is never "typical" but I believe that it is good to try to set a routine/ schedule.
Each day your children will have a variety of age appropriate activities to help their development (i.e. arts and crafts, music, dance and movement). They will also have outdoor time, weather permitting. Please be sure to bring weather appropriate clothing for your child.
Daily Schedule
7:00- 8:30 AM Children start to arrive. Free play (naps infants)
8:00 – 9:00 AM Breakfast (depending on arrival time)
9:30- 10:00 AM Outdoor Playtime /Circle Time
10:00-10:30 AM Arts & Crafts, Story Time
10:30-11:30 AM Free Play
11:00- 12:00 PM Lunch (Nap infants)
12:00- 3:00 PM Nap/ Rest Time Toddlers
3:00- 3:30 PM Transtition/ snacks
3:30- 4:00 PM Music/movement, Learning Activities
4:00- 5:00 PM Children start to go home,
Free Play or outside time
until parents arrive.
**I work with parents to make an infant nap/ feeding schedule, either child led, parent/provider led or a combination**
